Chosen Family in Summer Hill is seeking a compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to support a 36-year-old woman with mental health needs.
The role focuses on community access, conversation, and building independence in daily life.
You must be patient, non-judgmental, and able to respond calmly to delusions, using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
A valid WWCC, NDIS Check, and driver's licence are required, with Thursdays 12-3 and a welcoming, supportive team setting.
