The Opportunity
Lead the Strategy Execution Office as an integrated enterprise function that translates strategy into coordinated plans, prioritised initiatives, disciplined investment decisions, clearperformancereportingandmeasurable outcomes.
The role provides leadership across strategic planning, portfolio governance, performance, sustainability,



business case discipline,benefitsrealisationandstrategic project delivery to support ELT and Board decision-making.
The Head of Strategy Execution Office sets direction,governance,prioritisationandescalation pathways.This role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning Strategy & Planning, Performance & Sustainability, Project Delivery, Knowledge Management & AI, and Business Analysis & Process Improvement.
About You
Skills &experience;:
Significant experiencein a senior strategy, portfolio,transformation,performanceorenterprise delivery leadership role.
Demonstratedexperienceleading or overseeing strategic projects and enterprise initiative portfolios.
Proven experience in business case development,review,governanceandinvestment decision support.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics,Sustainability,Commerceora related field.
Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline would be well regarded.
