BCS Workshop Automotive Service Center has an exciting opportunity available for a skilled and motivated Motor Mechanic to join our team. This role offers robust potential for career progression into a Workshop Controller position for the right candidate.

We specialise in servicing and repairing Australian, Japanese, and European passenger vehicles, as well as light commercial vehicles. Our workshop is up-to-date, clean, and fully equipped, providing an excellent working setting.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and components to accurately diagnose faults
n
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle computer and electronic systems
n
Perform routine servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and longevity
n
Build and maintain solid customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
n




Respond to customer enquiries in a qualified and timely manner
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
n

About You

n

n
Qualified Motor Mechanic (essential)
n
Experience working in an automotive workshop across a range of vehicle makes and models
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Good communication and customer service abilities
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence (essential)
n
Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within the business
