About the Role We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a company where you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing timely financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to assist management in making informed commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
n
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n
Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
n
Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
n
Develop financial models to assist with business planning.
n
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management dashboards.
n
Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
n




Work closely with operational managers to provide financial insights and recommendations.
n
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
n
Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
n
CPA or CA qualification or equivalent is essential
n
Relevant experience in a similar role within the local industry.
n
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
n
Advanced Excel and financial systems capability (MYOB Exo experience advantageous)
n
