We're looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team.

About the Role
n
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers and internal technicians get the correct parts quickly and efficiently. You'll be the go-to expert for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Supply and invoice parts to trade and retail customers.
n
Interpret parts requests using a variety of online applications.
n
Source stock from manufacturers and other OEM suppliers.
n
Prepare and assist with annual stocktake.
n
Ensure all parts enquiries and quotes are supplied in a timely manner.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Previous experience in parts interpretation or parts operations
n
ERA/Pentana experience advantageous
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Robust communication skills to work with suppliers, customers and the workshop
n
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
n
A team player willing to collaborate with colleagues
n
Knowledge of parts operations and systems is advantageous
n
