$80,000 Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $180K–$300K+)

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is mandatory.

n

We're not looking for someone who simply "likes talking to people."

n

We're looking for someone who understands sales.

n

You'll ideally have experience in:

High-ticket sales

Finance or mortgage broking
n
Property
n
Automotive
n
Business-to-business sales
n
Recruitment
n
Telecommunications
n




Any other performance-driven sales environment
n

You'll also have:

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Robust objection handling and closing skills
n
Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
n
High energy and self-motivation
n
Professional presentation
n
Confidence using CRMs and technology
n
A genuine desire to continually improve
n

n

Previous real estate experience is helpful but not essential.
