We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in plant operations and a robust mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and conducting routine inspections to ensure effective operation.

Key responsibilities:

Operate plant equipment, such as front end loaders and screening equipment, in a safe and efficient manner
n
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
n
Follow safety protocols and compliance standards at all times
n
Maintain accurate records of operations and performance
n
Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and strong leadership skills
n
Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs
n

Qualifications:

Valid Front end Loader (Excavator and HR)
n
Current Driver's License
n
Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
n
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
n
Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
