The position

Operating with the guidance of our highly successful Elite Sales Team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:
n
Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and sms
n
Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
n
Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, and developing relationships
n
Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
n
Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
n
Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed
n
