Vehicle Development Corporation – Coolaroo VIC

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

n

n
Co-Ordinate Service Bookings and Pre-Delivery of New Vehicles.
n
Handle Warranty Claims from Current Vehicle Customers.
n
Participate in Service and Parts Enquiries and follow up.
n
Sales of Retail Parts and Servicing.
n
Creating, costing and closing repair orders.
n
Liase with Admin Staff and Production Staff.
n
Liase with Senior Mechanic regarding Service Enquiries and Warranty Claims.
n
Inspection of Incoming New Vehicles.
n
Final Inspection of vehicles prior to delivery.
n
Maintaining a valuable working relationship with all departments.
n
Reporting as required.
n

This role is suited to someone with solid technical knowledge as well as the following attributes:

Dealership Experience
n
Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence
n
Strong proven ability to multitask.
n
Build relationships with the Service Team and Management.
n
Strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey.
n
