Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a hands‐on payroll professional for 2–3 months to take ownership of the end‐to‐end payroll function for a busy and well‐established organisation based in Glen Waverley.

n

This is a fully on‐site role where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Process high volume end‐to‐end payroll for both weekly and monthly payroll cycles
n
Maintain employee records and payroll data integrity
n
Manage payroll calculations including superannuation, leave accruals, overtime, allowances, and deductions
n
Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and payroll legislation
n
Handle payroll queries from employees and management
n
Process new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
n
Ensure compliance with payroll tax, STP, superannuation,



and relevant legislation
n
Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month‐end requirements
n

About You

n

n
Previous experience managing end‐to‐end payroll
n
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience with payroll systems (ideally ADP) and Excel skills
n
