Your new role
n
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of accurate estimates, quotations, and tender documentation for a diverse range of building and construction projects.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing high-quality tender submissions, quotations, project trade packages, material schedules, and construction programs.
n
Producing accurate and timely cost estimates for building, maintenance, and upgrade projects.
n
Assisting with the planning and delivery of projects through the coordination and supervision of office staff, field staff, and subcontractors.
n
Conducting building condition assessments, inspections,
and surveys of building elements and construction materials.
n

What you'll need to succeed
n
To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess:
n
n
A construction industry trade qualification (highly desirable).
n
A current White Card / Workplace Health and Safety General Construction Induction Card.
n
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Experience producing high quality estimates and quotation documentation for building projects.
n
Experience interpreting plans, specifications, and construction methodologies.
n
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and safe work practices.
n
