Gallery Homes on the Gold Coast is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead a high-performing estimating team across residential projects. You will own pricing strategy, cost planning and margin management to drive profitability and efficiency.

Reporting to senior leaders, this role focuses on developing best-practice estimating standards, maintaining master BOQs and databases, and collaborating with procurement to secure competitive supplier pricing.
