Senior Financial Analyst - Big 4 First Move - ASX 100
A rare opportunity to progress into one of Australia's fastest growing listed organisations as a Senior Financial Accountant from the Big 4
Due to exceptional growth and operational expansion we have an amazing opportunity for a CA qualified Big 4 finance professional to join one of Australia's employers of choice in a role focused on Accounting Review and Advisory, with preparation done in another department.
This role joins a well-established and extremely supportive team, which still has two of the previous holders of the position in the current team, post promotion which is a great sign of the potential career development opportunities and their strong reputation for retaining top talent.
The business has enjoyed an enviable period of growth and will give you a true opportunity to progress quickly up the corporate ladder.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the financial reporting process
Liaise with external auditors on any issues
Report to the management committees on financial reporting matters
Provide technical advice with respect to the various funds and provide up to date reporting on implications of changes.
Preparation of accounting papers to the board members
Work across different functional teams and influence change strategies as well as drive improvements.
Project management
Ensure deadlines are met on timely basis
Create and maintain accounting procedures documentation
Contribute in scoping, designing and developing efficiencies and improvements




To be considered for this role you must have completed your CA and have between 3-5 years' experience working in the big 4.
You will also need to have excellent communication skills and have experience auditing large ASX listed organisations, preferably with banking, financial services or superannuation
This role is offered with an outstanding salary package for a first time move, with an additional 20% bonus on top of your salary based on company and personal performance.
