We are seeking an experienced sales leader to take ownership of our Victoria and Tasmania region and drive the next stage of growth.
n
This is not a maintenance role.
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys building winning sales teams, developing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in growing markets. You'll have the backing of a recognised Australian brand, a strong national sales team and significant opportunities across emerging sectors such as data centres, infrastructure and industrial projects.
n
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will lead a highly capable team of Sales Representatives while helping shape the commercial direction of one of Australia's leading enclosure manufacturers.

Responsibilities include

Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
n
Delivering sales growth, profitability and market share targets
n
Building strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
n
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
n
Developing sales plans and regional growth strategies
n
Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
n




Partnering closely with the National Sales Manager and broader leadership team
n
n
You'll bring
n
n
Proven success leading sales teams and achieving growth targets
n
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
n
Experience working with contractors, consultants, wholesalers or industrial customers
n
The ability to build long-term customer relationships
n
A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on leadership style
n
Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania
n
Experience within electrical, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure or technical product industries will be highly regarded.
