Locations: Brisbane CBD, Gold Coast or Mount Gravatt
CBRE is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Corporate Services (Indirects) to support a critical M&A; integration across our Advisory business.
This is a fixed-term, delivery-focused role designed for a procurement professional who thrives on pace, complexity and tangible outcomes.
The Opportunity
Play a key role in a live M&A; integration
Lead concurrent tenders across print, digital marketing and technology
Influence senior stakeholders across Advisory, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Digital
Deliver outcomes that will shape how the combined business operates long after the contract ends
What you'll be doing
Executing priority sourcing and supplier activities across indirect OPEX spend (~$13M)
Leading end-to-end RFTs, commercial negotiations and contract transitions
Establishing fit-for-purpose Digital & Technology software contracts
Embedding CBRE procurement governance, compliance and risk standards
Capturing synergies, mitigating risk and ensuring continuity of service
About You
You're a commercially astute procurement professional with:
5+ years' experience in procurement or category management
Strong exposure to Marketing, Professional Services or Travel categories
Proven success negotiating contracts >$5M annual spend
Confidence operating in rapid-paced, matrixed environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
