We're looking for a motivatedSolar and Battery Sales Consultantto join our team, managing warm leads while actively developing new business opportunities.
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
What you'll do
Manage warm leads, convert them into happy customers, and maintain the customer relationship end-to-end
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including targeted outreach to commercial customers, referrals, networking and partnerships
Conduct phone and face-to-face consultations to understand customers' energy needs
Visit customer sites where required for consultations and site assessments
Work closely with our design team to develop tailored solar and battery proposals
Present proposals clearly and guide customers through the decision-making process
What we're looking for
Sales or business development experience is highly regarded,



but not essential for the right candidate
Comfortable managing inbound leads as well as proactively developing new business
Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and organised, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Current driver's licence, own car and laptop
