Marketing Specialist – Not-for-Profit | 12-month Fixed Term
Location: Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne – Ringwood.
(2 days in office / 3 days WFH – near train station)
Salary: $100k – $110k + Super

This team delivers integrated, data‐driven campaigns that connect purpose with measurable outcomes – strengthening brand, trust and customer experience.
As Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the end‐to‐end customer journey for apprentices and job seekers, while supporting strategic marketing programs across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer journey and touchpoint mapping projects to enhance experience and engagement
Support the rollout of marketing initiatives across employment, apprenticeship and workforce programmes
Develop briefs and coordinate delivery with creative, digital and media teams (internal and external)
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, campaigns and website content aligned to brand and compliance
Analyse campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions and external partners to meet objectives and timelines
About You
4+ years of marketing experience (client‐side or agency)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (preferred)
Proven experience improving customer journeys and user experience




Experience managing multi‐channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events, collateral)
Robust project management skills and familiarity with workflow tools (e.g. Monday, Teamwork)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a regulated or compliance‐driven environment is highly regarded
