Sadleirs is seeking a Linehaul Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Spotswood, Melbourne linehaul terminal, ensuring freight is moved safely, efficiently and profitably.
You will manage a team, enforce safety and compliance, plan labour and coordinate with Control Tower, while maintaining high customer service standards and reporting.
The role requires early starts and late finishes, a Diploma qualification, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
