Job Description
Paxus is seeking a Manager – Cloud Change & Adoption to lead the people side of cloud transformation across a large enterprise.
You will drive adoption of contemporary delivery practices, embed cloud-ready ways of working, and partner with technology leaders to shape the operating model.
You will develop change strategies, run workshops, and provide executive guidance on opportunities in cloud transformation, with a focus on governance, Agile/DevOps integration, and sustained capability building.
