The Opportunity: Working closely with experienced Account Managers and Account Executives, you'll play a key role in supporting the management of commercial insurance portfolios while developing your own broking capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with the management of commercial and mid-market client accounts.
n
Preparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation.
n
Liaising with insurers to obtain terms and negotiate policy placements.
n
Responding to client enquiries and delivering a high standard of customer service.
n
Supporting senior brokers with day-to-day account management activities.
n
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
n
Developing your technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance products.

About You

n

n
Previous experience in insurance broking, underwriting, claims or a similar insurance support role.
n
A genuine interest in building a career in commercial insurance broking.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Solid organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications (or a willingness to obtain them) will be highly regarded.
