The exciting chance

Permanent full time role working all shifts
n
Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility
n
Formulate, review and update care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
n
Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
n
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents' care
n
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
n
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
n
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
n
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
n
Current working rights in Australia are essential
n
