Your Role
n

Generate new Property Management business
n
Build relationships with referral partners and local businesses
n
Prospect and convert new management opportunities
n
Work closely with the Sales team to maximise referrals
n
Deliver an outstanding experience for current clients
n
n
About You
n
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll have:
n
n
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Property Management Business Development role
n
A proven track record of winning new managements and building long-term client relationships
n
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence
n
A current driver's licence with a clean driving record
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for business development
n
