About the Role

n

As an AOD Counsellor, you will:

n

Deliver evidence-based counselling and support to clients affected by alcohol and other drug use.
n
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide individual and group interventions.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client outcomes.
n
Provide education and harm minimisation strategies to support recovery and wellbeing.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology,



or related field.
n
Demonstrated experience working in AOD counsellingor Facilitation.
n
Solid knowledge of harm minimisation and evidence-based interventions.
n
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
n
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
n
