Job Description
Peters Ice Cream is Australia's leading ice cream manufacturer with over 110 years of heritage.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a large production team across shifts, ensuring secure, efficient and high-quality delivery of production plans in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This permanent afternoon shift leadership role transitions from day shift during onboarding.
You will develop capability, drive continuous improvement and uphold GMP standards on site.
