An established and highly regarded specialist FRP contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Sydney team.
n With a strong reputation for delivering complex concrete and FRP solutions across commercial and large-scale residential developments, this business partners with many of Australia's leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.

Project Manager – FRP Concrete
n
Sydney, NSW

The Role:
n
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple mid-sized FRP projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing multiple concurrent FRP and concrete remediation projects across Sydney.
n
Overseeing project delivery from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
n
Managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall project profitability.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, consultants, and subcontractors.
n
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
n
Managing project programmes and identifying opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
n
Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and company quality standards.
n
Preparing progress claims, variations, procurement schedules, and project reporting.
n

About You:
n
n
Proven Project Management experience within the concrete, FRP, structural strengthening, or remedial construction sector.
n
Strong knowledge of FRP systems and concrete repair methodologies.
n
Experience delivering projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial builders.
n
The ability to commercially manage multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously.
n
Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.
n
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
n
Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
n
Relevant construction qualifications (Engineering, Construction Management or similar) are highly regarded.
n
