The Workn
n
Complex estate planning for blended families, business owners and high‐net‐worth clients
n
Drafting Wills (including testamentary trusts), Powers of Attorney and tailored succession plans
n
Probate,



Letters of Administration and full estate administration
n
Contested estates - Part IV claims,
executor/beneficiary
disputes, superannuation death benefit disputes and AFCA matters
n
VCAT guardianship and administration matters
n
Collaborating closely with accountants, financial planners and family advisers as part of an integrated advice team
n
You'll have autonomy, high‐quality matters and access to senior specialist guidance when you want it.
