Job Description

NBN Co is seeking a Customer Field Technician to perform hands-on installation, repair, activation and connection services in customers' homes, spanning indoor and outdoor settings. You will use a range of tools and test equipment, practicing safety and high-quality workmanship in a physical, safety‐critical role.

You'll be lifting and carrying equipment, working at heights, and following explicit instructions while maintaining customer service standards and explicit communication.
