Job Description

Access Aged Care is seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our Queensland team. You will provide regular weekly rounds in Residential Aged Care Homes, caring for a reliable resident cohort and building lasting relationships with families and care teams.

This role offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements. An Access Aged Care Nurse supports rounds and follow-up care to keep care plans coordinated.
