Job Description

Carrington is seeking a Payroll Manager/Specialist to lead payroll delivery for about 800 employees across all service streams. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and process improvements within a not-for-profit context, reporting to the Executive Manager - Finance & IT.

You will manage a direct report, collaborate with Finance & HR, and drive system configuration, data integrity and pay accuracy while supporting organisational financial integrity.
