About the Role

n

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Australian operations in a standalone generalist role. This is a key position supporting a high-growth business and reporting directly to the Global HR Director.

n

You'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, commercial HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to HR systems improvement as we transition to Dayforce.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Provide day-to-day HR advice across the employee lifecycle
n
Manage employee relations matters (performance, grievances, misconduct)
n
Support workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
n
Assist with contracts, variations, onboarding and exits




n
Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards and EA's
n
Support HRIS (Employment Hero → Dayforce) and reporting
n
Coordinate performance reviews and probation processes
n
Support engagement, onboarding and HR communications
n

About You

n

n
Experience as an HR BP or Senior HR Advisor in a quick-paced environment
n
Robust employee relations and Australian employment law knowledge
n
Confident managing stakeholders and working autonomously
n
High attention to detail with solid organisation skills
n
Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce/Employment Hero desirable)
n
