The Opportunity
n
We're looking for an organised and proactive Traffic Control Scheduler to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating bookings, scheduling Traffic Controllers, allocating equipment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and field staff.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Coordinate and manage traffic control bookings
n
Schedule and roster Traffic Controllers to meet project requirements
n
Allocate traffic management vehicles and equipment
n
Ensure all bookings meet compliance, licensing, induction, and fatigue management requirements
n
Fill urgent shifts and emergency call-outs when required
n
Confirm permits, TGSs,



and project documentation are in place before mobilisation
n
Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
n
Collaborate with supervisors, project teams, and field staff
n
Support a robust safety-first culture across all operations
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in scheduling, rostering, workforce planning, or traffic management operations
n
Solid organisational and multitasking skills
n
Experience with Traffio or similar workforce management systems (preferred)
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Solid computer and administrative skills
n
Flexible availability to support operational requirements when needed
n
