Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Structures Contractor who specialise in delivering large-scale formwork, concrete and structural packages for many of Melbourne's leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 Commercial builders. Their projects include high-rise apartments, commercial offices, hospitals and mixed-use developments, working on some of the state's most iconic builds.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Project Coordinator / Site Engineer to join their delivery team.

Your New Role
n
Working closely with the Project Manager and Structures Foremen, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting in the coordination and delivery of large-scale structural packages.
n
Managing project documentation, RFIs, inspections and quality records.
n
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
n
Monitoring project progress and assisting with short-term programming.
n
Liaising with Tier 1 builders, consultants and project stakeholders.
n
Supporting the commercial and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
n
n
You will gain exposure to some of Melbourne's largest commercial construction projects while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

What you need to succeed
n
n




2–5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer or Project Engineer within Commercial or Civil Structures.
n
Local Australian construction experience is essential.
n
Previous experience working on structures, formwork or concrete packages is highly regarded.
n
Multi-level structures packages would be preferred
n
Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
n
Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
n
