About the Role:

Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will:
n

Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations across all areas of the venue.
n
Prepare and present quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
n
Support food preparation, ordering, and stock control processes.
n




Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
n
Contribute to a positive and team-focused kitchen culture.
n
n
This role will allow you to continue your Certificate III in Commercial Cookerytraining while gaining hands-on experience that will elevate your skills and confidence as a developing chef.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

Previous experience as a first-year apprentice or equivalent kitchen experience.
n
A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
n
A positive attitude, great communication skills, and professional presentation.
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
