Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist

Solid communication & report writing skills + client centred approach

Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy required

Office based in the CBD, pool cars & flexible working arrangements

About This Role
n
Facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, case manage complex files while liaising with multiple stakeholders & workplace visits.
n

AHPRA registration
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
n

The Role
n
n
Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
n
Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing
n
Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
n
Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
n
Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
n
