Job Description
Minor Hotels' Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager - MICE to grow corporate and meeting business. You will identify opportunities, forge relationships with clients and planners, and drive revenue across conferences, events, and group stays.

You will lead sales initiatives, collaborate with Events, Front Office, Reservations and Revenue teams, and manage a energetic pipeline to secure new contracts and recurring partnerships.
