Job Description

Hilton Foods is seeking a hands‐on Logistics Supervisor / Team Leader to drive our Truganina warehouse and logistics operations. You'll lead a 10–15 person team, coordinate the movement and storage of goods, and ensure protected, productive, and cost‐effective processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG or logistics, proven leadership, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and automation/robotics. It features a rotating roster with every second weekend on dayshift and transparent opportunities to grow within a
