Currently completing, enrolled in or interested in obtaining a Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
n
Less than five years' experience in a supervisory role
n
Practical leadership skills tailored specifcally for recent and front-line supervisors
n
Deep understanding of SOPs, corporate policies, and WHS procedures
n
Hands-on experience with structured onsite rotations across all production and corporate areas
n
Exposure to real-world decision making through case discussions and skills-based activities
n
Ongoing support via quarterly mentoring and coaching
n
A robust foundation in leading by example, self-leadership, and organisational leadership
n
