Job Description
As the Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out routine maintenance across the boatyard, hardstand and site facilities.
n
Completing general repairs to buildings, equipment and infrastructure.
n
Assisting with basic plumbing, mechanical and maintenance tasks where required.
n
Keeping the site clean, organised and well presented for customers and staff.
n
Assisting with waste management, including used oil and other regulated waste.
n
Monitoring trade waste systems and reporting any issues.
n
Organising and maintaining tools, equipment and storage areas.
n
Liaising with contractors and service providers as directed.
n
Assisting the Technical Services Manager and Operations Team with maintenance and operational tasks.
n
Helping maintain a safe workplace by following company procedures and identifying maintenance issues.
n
Undertaking other duties as required to support the effective operation of the business, including installation of anodes to marine vessels.
