With a $2bn+ pipeline of mixed-use, BTR, and residential developments, they are at the forefront of MMC style builds, delivering high-quality, community focused projects from concept through to completion.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing delivery team.
n
The Opportunity
n
This is a rare opportunity to join a fully integrated developer / builder working across landmark projects in the Living Sector, including BTR and large scale mixed-use developments.
n
You will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with development, construction, and delivery teams across the full lifecycle.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
End to end contract administration across large-scale projects
n
Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
n
Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
n
Head contract and subcontract negotiations
n
Variations, claims, and risk management




n
Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
n
Driving value engineering and cost efficiencies
n
n
About You
n
n
6-10+ years experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior CA
n
Experience on major residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
n
Exposure to developer builder or Tier 1/2 contractors
n
Genuine interest and passion in MMC
n
Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontract management
n
Ability to operate in a fast paced, high-growth environment
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
n
