We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Electrical Products to lead our Products Engineering team and drive technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of electrical solutions.
n
Based in Thornton, NSW, you'll drive engineering standards, compliance, product development and team performance while shaping the future direction of our products division, within a respected Australian-owned engineering and manufacturing group. This role offers the prospect to influence engineering strategy, product innovation, compliance and operational performance

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
n
10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, product development or project delivery.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior engineering or engineering management role.
n
Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, control systems and protection schemes.
n
Experience developing engineering standards and governance frameworks.
n
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or eligibility.
n
RPEQ or equivalent professional registration.
n
Experience within mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure or heavy industry sectors.
n
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, PowerFactory or similar engineering software.
