About the Role

This position is suited to applicants who have worked as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Press Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Injection Moulding Operator, Plastics Operator or Process Worker in a manufacturing setting.
n
Experience operating rubber moulding presses is highly regarded; however, we welcome applicants with experience operating similar industrial machinery, as training will be provided on our specific equipment.

Key Responsibilitiesn




n
Operate rubber moulding presses safely and efficiently.
n
Assist with mould changeovers.
n
Prepare, cut and mix rubber compounds.
n
Read job cards and basic engineering drawings.
n
Carry out quality checks during production.
n
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
n
Work as part of a supportive production team.
n
n
About You
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery is essential.
n
Experience in rubber moulding, plastics, injection moulding, compression moulding, polyurethane manufacturing or similar industrial production environments will be highly regarded.
n
A good level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new manufacturing processes.
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
n
The ability to read job cards and follow production instructions.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
The ability to regularly lift up to 20 kg and remain on your feet throughout the day.
n
Reliable transport to and from work.
n
A current forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
n

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
