As we continue to grow, we're searching for an exceptional Recoveries Manager to lead our high-performing teams across Queensland and Victoria.

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing collections team
n
Building a culture of accountability, engagement, and success

Acting as the primary relationship manager for a key client

Driving operational excellence and KPI performance

Identifying solutions, improving processes, and delivering commercial outcomes

Mentoring emerging talent and helping others achieve their career aspirations

To Be Successful You'll Have
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience working within the debt collections industry
n
Strong knowledge of relevant industry legislation and compliance requirements
n
Tertiary qualifications (preferred)
n
Previous people leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others
n
A track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Current police clearance, or ability to obtain one
