Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pickers to join a leading distribution center supplying supermarkets across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established business in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ongoing Monday to Friday position
n
Day Shift:
n
Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
n
Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm
n

Opportunity to work with a leading FMCG distribution business
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Receiving and dispatching stock
n
Picking and packing supermarket products, including drinks, confectionery, chips, dairy, chilled goods, cleaning products, baby products and general grocery items
n
Loading and unloading trucks
n
Labelling, storing and locating stock
n
Completing stock takes and inventory control
n
Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) and other materials handling equipment
n
Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
n
General warehouse housekeeping and cleaning
n
Safely using Stanley knives and other warehouse hand tools
n
To Be Successful You Will Have
n
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
n
Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
n
Experience using RF scanners
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks
n
A current LF Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential
n
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
