My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care is seeking a performance marketing specialist to lead paid search and paid social campaigns. You will own end-to-end execution, optimisation, and daily health of campaigns, with a hands-on technical approach to drive ROAS.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will implement tracking, analyse data in GA4 and Looker Studio, and continually refine audiences and bids to maximise performance.
