Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is seeking a Sous Chef to join the Kitchen team at Cradle Mountain, within the World Heritage area. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation and contribute to creating recent menus and guest experiences.

The successful candidate will deliver both A la Carte and Function dining, working in a high-volume setting. A Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery and robust leadership, plus HACCP knowledge, are essential.
