Join Our Team as a Gaming Attendant
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Serve beverages and snacks to customers in a timely and friendly manner
n
Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming machine regulations and responsible gambling guidelines
n
Monitor gaming areas to provide support and assistance to patrons when needed
n
Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
n
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in both bar and gaming areas
n
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
n
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
A minimum of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
certification as well as Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
n
Previous experience in hospitality, or gaming environment is preferred
n
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele
n
Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team setting
n
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
