5–10 years' Australian experience as an architectural graduate or CAD draftsperson
n
Fluent written and spoken English
n
Explicit communication with teams, clients and consultants
n
Advanced Revit and 3D modelling skills
n
Microsoft Office skills
n
Technical problem-solving skills
n
Practical BCA/NCC knowledge
n
DA/CC detailing and documentation capability
n
Solid presentation ability
n
Developing AI competency for documents and architectural visualisation
n
Ability to define and meet timeframes
n
Solid organisation, time and systems management
n
