Plumbing It is a growing and reputable plumbing and hydraulics business delivering high-quality residential projects across Canberra. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumbing Tradesman to join our team working on small to medium Townhouse and Multi-Development projects.

About the Role

n

This position is a tradesman on-the-tools role, responsible for delivering plumbing works to a high-standard and contributing to team orientated projects.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Assist and have influence on small to medium Townhouse and Multi-Development plumbing projects
n
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and set-out requirements
n
Coordinate materials, plant, and labour on site
n
Work alongside and guide apprentices and other trades where required
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity
n
Ensure jobs are delivered on time and within scope
n
Liaise professionally with builders, supervisors, and clients
n

About You

n

n
Tradesman Plumber (ACT licensed or eligible)
n




Proven experience working on residential developments
n
Robust understanding of site set-out and construction sequencing
n
Ability to lead and mentor apprentices
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Reliable, accountable, and proactive work ethic
n
Commitment to maintaining company standards and representing the business professionally
n

Hourly rate from $46-$60 per hour depending on industry experience
