Job Description

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will take responsibility for warehouse administration, inventory reporting, freight coordination, planning, and operational reporting, while also managing service requests for our Access Solutions division.

This is a hands‐on coordination role that combines customer service, systems administration, inventory management, and logistics planning, working as part of a close-knit local team, for a German based organisation with a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

n

Update and maintain warehouse capacity planning schedules
n
Source freight quotations and coordinate transport bookings
n
Process customer shipments, warehouse assemblies, and goods receipt transactions within the ERP system
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are captured correctly
n
Manage and coordinate service calls from initial request through to resolution
n
Liaise with internal teams, technicians, service providers, and customers to ensure timely completion of service requests
n
Monitor and reconcile inventory movements within third‐party logistics (3PL) warehouses
n




Assist with monthly operational reporting and performance metrics
n
Coordinate and support annual stocktake activities
n

Essential Experience

n

Experience in warehouse administration, customer service, logistics, or sales administration
n
Robust systems and process orientation
n
Experience managing service calls or service coordination activities
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

n

n
Experience using ERP systems (PriorityERP experience highly regarded)
n
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
OH&S; training or exposure
n
Enjoy working within a close-knit team
n
Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
n
