At Lovisa, we move fast, grow fast and expect our teams to take ownership. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Signage Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

This is a busy, hands-on coordination role responsible for ensuring our stores globally receive the correct point-of-sale, campaign and brand materials on time. You will act as a key link between Marketing, our stores, warehouses and in-market teams across the global.

About the Role:
n
You will coordinate signage orders, stock levels, allocations and dispatches across our global store network. This role is heavily administration focused and would suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, managing multiple priorities and keeping everything organised behind the scenes.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating print, signage and point-of-sale orders
n
n
n
Managing signage requirements for current stores, relocations and closures
n
n
n
Communicating campaign and signage updates to stores
n
n
n
Working with warehouses and international teams to ensure materials are dispatched on time
n
n
n
Monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment
n
n
n
Managing store orders, support tickets, deliveries and ad-hoc requests
n
n
n
Maintaining accurate allocation, dispatch and forecasting documents
n
n
n
Forward planning for upcoming campaigns, launches and new store openings
n
n
n
Supporting the Creative Manager with signage ordering and fulfilment across our global warehouses
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage their own day, plan ahead and follow tasks through to completion.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in fast-paced retail, stock control, merchandising, allocations, administration or coordination
n
n
n




Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
n
n
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
n
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
n
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
n
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
n
n
n
The ability to work autonomously once trained
n
n
n
Experience with Shopify, stock systems or order management platforms would be advantageous
n
n
This could be a great next step for an experienced retail 3IC, stock controller, merchandise allocator, merchandising assistant or administration coordinator looking to move into a Support Office role.
